Lilian Hardouineau

Lilian Hardouineau is a Paris-based director.
His work moves between artistic, musical, fashion/beauty, and commercials.
After practicing painting in his teenage years, he went on to study cinema. Project after project, he built his visual language, nourrished as much by avant-garde cinema as by pop culture. His work is also rooted in a close, meditative observation of nature.
Known for his visual research, he develops his own optical setups and crafts a distinctive, sensory language driven by a strong sense of framing and movement. Editing plays a central role in his practice, with an organic approach that structures his films.
